Stellenbeschreibung
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
  • Assist with payroll-related administration and coordination with external providers.
  • Monitor absences, vacations, and other employee-related records.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law and internal HR policies.
  • Support ongoing HR projects and reporting activities as required.




  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR administration practices.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice.
