Cyber Security Analyst (SOC / Incident Response)

For a structured and cyber security-oriented organisation, we are looking for a
Cyber Security Analyst to join the Security Operations team.
Main responsibilities The resource will be responsible for operational and security management activities, including:
- Administration, configuration and monitoring of SIEM (Splunk) systems, with tuning of use cases and continuous improvement activities
- Management and administration of EDR (CrowdStrike) solutions, including policy configuration, endpoint monitoring and response to security events
- Identification and management of security incidents (phishing, malware, breach, vulnerabilities)
- Incident response activities: triage, analysis, containment, investigation and root cause analysis
- Continuous strengthening of security controls and operational procedures
- Support for penetration testing and security assessment management
- Integration of security requirements into projects and change management processes
- Participation in on-call shifts
Requirements - Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in security operations / incident management
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, PAM, vulnerability management)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and team-working attitude
- Italian as main language
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of German is considered a plus
Preferred qualifications - Security certifications (CySA+, GCIH, SC-200 or equivalents)
