ppbLocation(s): /b Geneva area (hybrid or remote) /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pWe are seeking a Legal Counsel for a leading international industrial and infrastructure company in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will focus on contract review, compliance, and pragmatic legal advice that enables the business to manage legal risk while delivering projects successfully. Reporting to the Head of Legal Compliance, the successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, supporting complex infrastructure and construction projects throughout their lifecycle. Fluency in English and French is essential for this role. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAct as the legal business partner for complex infrastructure and construction projects. /li liProvide legal support throughout the project lifecycle, from tender and procurement through execution and completion. /li liDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including construction, EPC, engineering, consultancy, procurement and supply contracts. /li liIdentify legal and commercial risks and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. /li liAdvise on contract management, claims, variations and dispute avoidance. /li liCollaborate closely with project management, procurement, finance and other key business stakeholders to support successful project delivery. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liLaw degree from a French university; admission to the French Bar is an advantage. /li liAt least 5 years of relevant in-house legal experience in a multinational industrial company. /li liStrong expertise in contract law and advising on infrastructure, construction, engineering, or industrial projects. /li liSolid business acumen with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. /li liAbility to work independently while maintaining close alignment with stakeholders. /li liHigh level of flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail. /li liFluency in English and French; German is a plus. /li /ul h3HOW TO APPLY /h3 pPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
