Terminal Investment Manager

ppReporting to the Terminal Investment Director, the Terminal Investment Manager is responsible for the detailed execution and monitoring of business plans for assigned terminals. He/She ensures that the terminals operate in compliance with TiL standards and provides detailed financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills, with regular travel to terminals within the portfolio. /p pThis full-time position is based in our Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and the successful candidate is expected to travel frequently to visit the terminals that fall within his/her portfolio. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liImplement terminal business plans in line with strategic objectives. /li liMonitor daily operational and financial performance of assigned terminals. /li liPrepare analyses, performance reports, and recommendations for Deputy and Director. /li liCollaborate with terminal management and joint venture partners to resolve operational or financial issues. /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. /li liContribute to process improvements and enhancements in reporting and performance tracking. /li liTravel to terminals as required to oversee operations, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. /li /ul h3REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liFinancial Degree or previous experience in financial roles /li li3-5 years of experience in a senior management role in the container terminal industry. /li liPrevious experience in a management position of a container terminal is desired. /li liVery good knowledge of the stakeholders of the container terminal industry. /li liSolid understanding of container terminal operations and the maritime/shipping industry. /li liKnowledge of financial and operational performance metrics for terminals. /li liExperience with business planning and investment evaluation. /li liProficiency in English; additional languages a plus. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liDetail-oriented, results-driven, and organized. /li liAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities. /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel internationally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
