In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, structuring and monitoring of credit transactions while ensuring compliance with the Bank's credit policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Front Office, Senior Management and key internal stakeholders to support the Bank's lending activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse and structure credit requests, including Lombard loans, single stock lending, guarantees and other credit facilities, in line with the Bank's credit policy. /li liMonitor the credit portfolio, counterparties and credit limits, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and following up on excesses and maturities. /li liPrepare and present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and Board of Directors, and implement approved credit decisions within the Bank's systems. /li liContribute to the enhancement of internal credit procedures and participate in cross-functional projects supporting the Bank's development. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar Credit role within a Private Banking environment. /li liUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. /li liStrong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement analysis and financial markets. Proficiency in MS Office is required, knowledge of Avaloq, Bloomberg and VBA would be considered an asset. /li liExcellent command of both French and English, written and spoken. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, hands-on mindset, high level of initiative and flexibility. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
