You will work closely with the AI engineering team, taking a hands‑on role in building key features and continuously improving code quality and development practices. /ph3About the Role /h3ulliAct as the technical reference for product development, contributing to the technical direction and evolution of the company’s software AI products. /liliDevelop and maintain core product components and features, collaborating with the team to deliver new functionalities and improve existing ones. /liliDesign and implement scalable and efficient technical solutions, integrating AI models, pipelines, and services into applications while working with AI experts in NLP, optimization, computer vision, etc., depending on the needs. /liliParticipate in code reviews and contribute to code quality, consistency, testing, CI/CD, and application monitoring practices. /liliWork with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery. /liliParticipate in strategic technological decisions and help shape product and engineering roadmaps. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulli5+ years of full stack software development experience, including contributive architectural design. /liliBachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. /liliStrong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java (Spring) and Python (FastAPI). /liliStrong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular with TypeScript), including ecosystem tools and best practices. /liliSolid experience with APIs, databases, containerized environments, and modern development practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud‑native or microservices architectures). /liliStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. /liliExperience building RESTful APIs and working with modern HTTP‑based architectures. /liliKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. /liliExperience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines. /liliProficiency in Italian and English. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliKnowledge of C++, Rust, or other programming languages. /liliExperience with Kubernetes or similar deployment and automation tools. /liliUnderstanding of microservices and distributed systems, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulliFull-time permanent contract /liliCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities /liliPossibility to work from home (about 1 day/week) /liliA stimulating scientific environment with an informal working atmosphere /liliMentorship and continuous learning /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
