Responsibilities Provide technical and personnel leadership for a team of five employees Provide consulting to clients in the cyber security field Conceptualize, design and engineer complex solutions (firewalls, content filtering, load balancing, VPN gateways, remote access, authentication) Technical project management and communication with customers, vendors and partners Support in 3rd-level (Tier 3) support Requirements Several years' experience as a team leader and IT system engineer Experience working at a professional Managed Service Provider (MSP) Excellent written and spoken German and English Alignment with the company's values Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in technical leadership and project management within the cyber security domain, with a strong focus on designing and engineering complex IT solutions.
