Onsite IT Consultant / IT Support Levels 1 & 2 (M/F)

As part of a consulting assignment for one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an Onsite IT Consultant specialised in level 1 and 2 IT support.

Directly integrated within the bank's IT environment, you will provide close support to users in a demanding international setting.

Onsite IT Consultant / IT Support Levels 1 & 2 (M/F)

As part of a consulting assignment for one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an Onsite IT Consultant specialised in level 1 and 2 IT support.

Directly integrated within the bank's IT environment, you will provide close support to users in a demanding international setting.

Your tasks

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to users;
• Take charge of, analyse and resolve IT incidents and requests;
• Deliver effective and user-oriented Onsite / close support;
• Install, configure and maintain workstations and IT equipment;
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365 and office tools environments;
• Manage issues related to workstations, peripherals, printers and mobile devices;
• Participate in managing user accounts, access rights and IT access;
• Follow up on tickets until resolution and escalate incidents when necessary;
• Participate in IT onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of service quality in a demanding banking environment.

Profile sought

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT specialist or equivalent training;
• Between 1 and 5 years’ experience in an IT support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or Onsite IT role;
• Strong skills in level 1 and 2 user support;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments and Windows workstations;
• Excellent service orientation and ability to support demanding users;
• Professional appearance, autonomy, responsiveness and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset;
