We advise and represent companies from a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, medical devices, luxury, cosmetics, as well as food and beverages. /p pSchellenberg Wittmer’s ICT and Data Group addresses legal issues related to the process of non-personal and personal data, in the digital economy as well as the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence. Our practice covers dispute resolution, transactional work and regulatory matters.
