Rhone has 60 experienced staff across offices in the Bahamas, Canada, Hong Kong, Monaco, Singapore and in Switzerland and offers a stimulating and diverse work environment. /ppTo join the office in Geneva, Rhone is looking for an: /ph3ACCOUNTING MANAGER /h3h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliManage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of group entities, from daily operations through to the preparation of financial statements and audit support /liliOversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are met /liliPrepare statutory accounts and coordinate with internal and external auditors across multiple jurisdictions /liliEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Swiss GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements /liliPerform account reconciliations, monitor accruals, and ensure integrity of financial data /liliManage tax reporting and filings, including corporate and local compliance requirements /liliSupport audit processes, including preparation of supporting documentation and resolution of audit queries /liliContribute to consolidated financial reporting and group-level financial statement reviews /liliAct as a key user for accounting systems and contribute to system improvements and implementations /liliCollaborate closely with international teams (e.g. The Bahamas, other offices) to ensure consistency of processes and reporting /liliParticipate in budgeting, management reporting, and financial analysis activities /liliSupport operational finance processes, including payment approvals and controls where required /liliIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency within the finance function /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliMinimum 10 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles /liliStrong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and the Code of Obligations; familiarity with IFRS is an advantage /liliSolid experience working with audits and statutory reporting processes /liliFluent English and French, both written and spoken /liliStrong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (such as WinEur) /li /ulh3PROFILE /h3ulliAn energetic and results‑driven professional who embraces innovation and continuous improvement /liliWell organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment /liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy /liliAbility to work independently and proactively under pressure /liliCollaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and jurisdictions /liliReliable, flexible and solution‑oriented /liliAbility to maintain discretion and confidentiality /liliExperience in the wealth management industry a strong asset /liliEligible to work in Switzerland /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER /h3ulliCompetitive compensation and benefits package /liliMotivating work environment /liliTraining and development including time off to pursue professional certifications. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement /liliPaid time off to support charitable activities of your choice /liliA complimentary day off on your birthday /liliFlexible work from home policy /liliParticipation in public transport costs /liliRegular company sponsored events /li /ulh3ADDITIONAL INFORMATION /h3ulliLocation: Geneva (with valid work permit) /liliStart date: As soon as possible /liliWork rate: 100% /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
