We are recruiting for a Geneva-based foundation recognised in a dynamic sector and connected with numerous institutional and private stakeholders.

We are recruiting for a Geneva-based foundation recognised in a dynamic sector and connected with numerous institutional and private stakeholders.

You will join a small team within the Finance & Administration department and actively participate in the accounting management of the organisation.

Your responsibilities:

- Ensure the maintenance of general and analytical accounting.
- Manage supplier invoices and their allocation to different departments.
- Issue and monitor client invoices as well as credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and control sales and other income.
- Participate in budget monitoring by updating the management tools of the various departments.
- Manage the filing and administrative follow-up of the foundation’s contracts.
- Collect the information necessary for billing preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the various departments to ensure the reliability of financial data.

Your profile:

- Commercial employee federal certificate (CFC), accounting orientation, or equivalent training.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland.
- Proficient in M-Files and WinEUR
- Rigorous, autonomous, organised person with good analytical skills and a team spirit.
