Real Estate Accountant

As part of the development of our activities and to strengthen an existing and highly professional service, we are looking for

a 100% Accountant

General mission:

Ensure, under the guidance of a department head, all accounting operations related to the company.

Additional tasks:

• Preparation of the closings of the managed buildings
• Analysis and closing of heating/hot water statements, responding to various tenant requests related to the statements
• Posting accounting entries (rent collection, etc.) and reconciliation of treasury accounts
• Reconciliation of suspense accounts
• Management and payment of supplier invoices
• Informing owners (clients) about the status of their accounts
• Management of owners' accounts in separate treasury management
• Various correspondence

Required profile:

Essential accounting experience in property management,

Experience in real estate management using Quorum,

Commercial maturity, university degree or equivalent training,

Very good organisational and operational skills,

Perfect command of IT tools allowing autonomous operation (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, INTERNET, QUORUM…),

Perfect knowledge of the French language (spoken and written),

Dynamic and motivated person, able to quickly integrate an existing team,

Teamwork spirit,

Ability to manage stressful situations,

Swiss or valid permit.
