You see payroll not as a compliance checkbox, but as a strategic advantage for our clients. /liliAs a Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager of our Swiss payroll team, you'll: /liliDeliver expert advice on payroll and compensation matters, building trusted relationships with clients /liliOwn client management from scoping through delivery, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction /liliSupport business development by identifying opportunities to expand our Payroll offering with existing and new clients /liliContribute to team excellence by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices /liliDrive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to payroll service delivery /libWho We Are Looking For /bliYou have minimum 2-5 years of professional experience within practice or an in-house team providing compensation/payroll services to multinational clients and /or expatriates. /liliYou're a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client work. /liliYou're self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to the professional development of you and your team. /liliYou communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service. /liliYou hold a qualification in fiduciary services or a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, complemented by further training in HR, payroll or tax. /liliKnowledge of various payroll accounting systems such as Abacus and SAP (others are an advantage) and a high affinity for Artificial Intelligence and technology /liliYou have excellent technical as well as analytical skills and are a reliable team player. /liliYou have excellent command of English and are fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage. /libYour Team /bBecome part of a diverse, multinational and highly motivated team of 30+ across our Swiss offices.
