The Position
The Inclusion & Belonging International (I&B) Office sits at the heart of our People & Culture strategy. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience influence strategy and shape a truly inclusive environment. The Opportunity
In this role you will not just be observing; you will be an active driver of sustainable cultural change. You will work closely with the I&B International team and network with leaders project Project Managers and local Impact Networks (Employee Resource Groups). You will become part of the vibrant multicultural community of The Roche Intern Network and receive mentorship from senior I&B professionals rounded up by attractive benefits.
Key Responsibilities include:
Country Impact Network & Community Enablement: Serve as a central point of contact for Roches country Impact Networks (Business/Employee Resource Groups) in Switzerland. Assist them with resource allocation cultural awareness/day preparation and communications support.
Project Management & Operations: Assist in solving problems and key deliverables for the team; actively fuel day-to-day actions with the support of AI systems and methods
Engagement & Communication: Support the preparation of engagement moments with networks internal and external events; take care of follow up activities success measurements and Social Media activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Currently enrolled in a Masters program ideally with a proficient literacy for Inclusion & Belonging (e.g. Psychology Business Administration Sociology Human Resources Global Studies) OR you have graduated within the last 12 months.
Analytical Capability: Comfortable handling data identifying trends and translating numbers into clean digestible PowerPoint/Google Slides narratives.
Organization: Strong structured thinking with the ability to manage multiple overlapping tasks in a fast-paced matrixed corporate environment.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English AND German is required. Additional languages are a plus.
