By building relationships and trusted partnerships within the bIT /b community, we optimize our customer‘s bIT /b productivity and contribute to the organization’s success and value. /ppWe are focused on creating value where bIT /b counts, join us! /pppbTasks and Responsibilities /b /p /plibIT Support 1st and 2nd level (onsite) /b /liliHardware (Printers, Scanners, Handheld devices), Windows /lilibSupport of Computerized Systems /b /liliSupporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy /liliUser administration and support the deployment of new tools /liliReporting periodically /liliPerforming system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups /liliRegular contacts and cooperation with software providers /lilibLab IT support /b /liliPrepare documentation of installations /liliImplementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions /liliTroubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems /lipbRequirements /b /pli2-3 years in pharmaceutical environment /liliIT background /liliGood understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP) /liliInterested in different software (user/power user skills) /liliInterest in Technical Writing and Software related topics /liliAbility and willingness to work in a paper-based environment /liliFlexible and team oriented person /liliCollaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders /liliExperienced working in multinational teams, sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable /liliFluent English and German knowledge required, French knowledge is a plus /liliCandidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months /lipbBenefits /b /pliBroad range of activities, tasks, and projects /liliEnjoy free refreshments in our D-ploy offices /liliFishing for Friends program – our referral program /liliFurther development and professional advancement /liliFriendly and international working environment /liliCompetitive salary and various benefits /lipbr/Is bIT /bin your DNA? /p
