ppThe Vice President, Global Supply Chain leads the end-to-end global supply chain strategy and execution across manufacturing partners and material suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution networks, driving simplification, scalability, and operational excellence in a high-growth, highly regulated and purpose-driven business; while building systems, partnerships, and organizational clarity. /p pThis role will operate in an operating environment with limited system automation and a high reliance on manual processes. A key part of the mandate is to assess, design, and implement the appropriate supply chain systems, tools, and data infrastructure required to support a scalable and global start-up business. This includes introducing solutions for planning, inventory management, visibility, and partner integration, while establishing standardized processes and reliable data foundations. /p pWe are a small team. You will start as a one‑person department, working in close collaboration with other functions (Operations, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, …) /p pThe successful candidate will combine strategic vision with personal hands‑on execution to progressively build a modern, efficient, and system‑enabled supply chain ecosystem. /p h3DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ol libGlobal Supply Chain Leadership Strategy /b ul liOwn and define the global supply chain operating model, ensuring clear accountability across regions (EU, US, East Asia, South Asia) /li liSimplify processes and reduce organizational complexity across supply chain activities /li liLead transformation toward a scalable, system‑enabled supply chain (currently largely manual) /li liEstablish governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths across functions /li /ul /li libPlanning, SOP Inventory Management /b ul liLead the global Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process /li liEnsure alignment between demand, supply, production, and financial planning /li liOwn inventory strategy and deployment across global distributors and MNHI distribution centers /li liOptimize working capital (inventory levels, cash flow, lead times) /li liManage supply continuity in a stop‑start manufacturing environment /li /ul /li libExternal Partner Network Management /b ul liLead strategic partnerships with: 4PL / 3PL providers, Global distributors, Manufacturing partners (e.g., Jabil), Raw materials and component suppliers /li liOversee global logistics and distribution network design /li liParticipate in selection, performance management, and audits (in collaboration with Quality) /li liEnsure supply chain input into go‑to‑market strategies /li /ul /li libOperations Execution Regional Oversight /b ul liOversee global operations including: Raw material planning, Supply planning and execution, Distribution flows /li liIf based in Europe: Oversight of Operations and regional SC Partners /li liEnsure alignment between supply chain and customer care/order management /li /ul /li libSystems Process Transformation /b ul liAssess and implement supply chain systems (planning tools, visibility tools, …) /li liReplace manual processes with scalable workflows /liliImprove data quality and operational visibility across the supply chain /li /ul /li libOrganizational Leadership Team Design /b ul liBuild and lead a small globally distributed supply chain team /li liEstablish regional support structure (to be defined post‑hire) /li liDrive a single point of accountability for supply chain, eliminating silos /li liRe‑scope and align existing roles as needed /li /ul /li libCompliance Industry Requirements /b ul liEnsure compliance with medical device / pharma regulatory requirements /li liMaintain high standards for traceability, quality, and documentation /li liSupport market expansion (e.g., Middle East, India, US, …) /li /ul /li /ol h3EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE /h3 ul li10+ years in global supply chain leadership roles /li liExperience in medical devices / pharma industry /li liProven track record in building or transforming supply chain systems and managing 3PL/4PL and distributor networks /li liExperience in both direct and distributor‑based go‑to‑market models /li liWillingness to travel internationally and work across time zones /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong enterprise leadership (hands‑on and operational) /li liAbility to operate in high ambiguity and low system maturity environment /li liProven experience in transforming complex, fragmented supply chains /li liStrategic thinking with operational execution capability /li liCross‑cultural leadership (Europe–Asia–US dynamics) /li liStakeholder influence across commercial, finance, and operations /li liResilience and adaptability in high workload environments /li /ul ul lipPassionate about the MNHI purpose and embraces the MNHI values of inclusivity, teamwork, and personal responsibility. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
