The firm advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, investors and corporates on a broad range of strategic and transaction-related assignments, with a particular focus on cross-border opportunities and the mid-market segment.The RoleManaging Director, MA AdvisoryGeneva, SwitzerlandThe successful candidate will be responsible for originating, leading and executing MA transactions across a range of sectors, while further developing relationships with business owners, corporate clients, financial sponsors and family offices throughout Switzerland.Key responsibilities include:Origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side and strategic advisory mandates.Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and senior corporate executives.Developing a strong pipeline of advisory opportunities across the Swiss mid-market.Leading transaction teams and overseeing execution from mandate through to completion.Managing negotiations, client presentations and stakeholder communications.Working closely with international colleagues on cross-border opportunities.Supporting the development and mentorship of junior banking professionals.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10 years of investment banking or MA advisory experience.Proven track record advising mid-cap companies on strategic transactions.Strong network of client relationships within Switzerland.Demonstrated ability to originate and win new business.Experience leading complex domestic and cross-border MA transactions.Deep understanding of the Swiss corporate and entrepreneurial landscape.Excellent commercial judgement, relationship management and execution capabilities.Fluency in English is essential.French and/or German language skills would be highly advantageous.Ideal BackgroundManaging Director, Director, Senior Director or Partner-level professional.Experience gained within a leading investment bank, independent advisory firm or top‑tier boutique.Strong exposure to founder‑led businesses, family‑owned companies and mid‑market clients.Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic platform.Recognised as a trusted adviser with an established reputation in the Swiss market.What's on OfferSenior leadership position within a growing international advisory business.Access to clients and counterparties across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.Significant autonomy to build and expand a Swiss coverage franchise.Competitive compensation package with attractive performance‑driven upside.Entrepreneurial culture with a collaborative and international team environment.Exposure to high-profile, cross-border mid-market transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
