Group Financial Controller, Risk Manager

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReporting to the CFO/CRO, you will produce accurate group-level financial information, ensure regulatory reporting, and protect the integrity of the company’s risk profile as we scale internationally. /li liManage financial accounting and reporting; ensure proper bookkeeping including client accounts. /li liManage management accounting and reporting; monitor performance. /li liOwn and manage the end-to-end group consolidation process across all Taurus subsidiaries: produce consolidated financial information. /li liCoordinate with subsidiaries’ accounting firms to ensure the timely elimination of intragroup transactions. /li liLiaise with external auditors on group consolidation and statutory accounts. /li liTake charge of regulatory reporting, in particular capital adequacy, risk repartition, liquidity rules and FINMA/SNB statistics. /li liMonitor the risk profile of the company across market risk, operational risk, credit/counterparty risk and liquidity risk. /li liPerform regular risk controls and reports, including market surveillance controls for the organized trading facility. /li liPerform due diligence on correspondent banks, trading venues and digital assets. /li liLead, coordinate with other key control functions, and present the regular risk control self-assessment (RCSA) process. /li liParticipate in the improvement and implementation of the operational risk framework and ensure its adequacy. /li liCoordinate ISAE audit. /li liDefine and execute thematic risk reviews. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a strong asset. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in audit or finance. /li liDeep knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA) and financial reporting standards (Swiss GAAP). /li liStrong understanding of risk management frameworks and capital adequacy rules. /li liExposure to digital assets or blockchain-based financial products is a strong asset. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work across multiple entities and jurisdictions. /li liFluency in English and French is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
