In this role, you will drive compliance, enhance supplier performance, and support uninterrupted supply of high-quality materials and services that ultimately impact patient outcomes worldwide. /ppbWhat you will get /b /plipAn agile career and dynamic working culture /p /lilipAn inclusive and ethical workplace /p /lilipCompensation programs that recognize high performance /p /lilipA variety of benefits dependent on role and location /p /lipbWhat you will do: /b /plipLead end-to-end supplier quality processes such as Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), Supplier Quality Agreements (QAAs), and supplier complaints to ensure timely and compliant handling /p /lilipEvaluate supplier changes and requests using risk-based and analytical decision-making to protect product quality and supply continuity /p /lilipReview and approve supply chain records (VSCI) governing the use of materials, services, and equipment across the Lonza network /p /lilipCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QC, Procurement, MSAT, Planning) to assess impact and manage risks effectively /p /lilipMaintain accurate supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards /p /lilipMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality processes, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement /p /lilipAct as a global point of contact for supplier quality topics, supporting audits, inspections, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders /p /lipbWhat we are looking for /b /plipExperience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry within Supplier Quality /p /lilipStrong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements /p /lilipProven analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities /p /lilipAbility to manage complex workflows and make sound decisions in dynamic, cross-functional environments /p /lilipStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams /p /lilipDegree in a scientific discipline such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biotechnology (or equivalent) /p /lilipBusiness fluency in English /p /lipbAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
