operations /b. /li liEnsure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment, testing, commercial operations, and bautonomous ride-hailing services /b. /li liConduct detailed vehicle inspections to support bfleet readiness /b, vehicle uptime, and operational safety. /li liDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues. /li liSupport maintenance workflows for high-availability bautonomous vehicle fleets /b operating in shift-based or 24/7 environments. /li ppbbAdvanced Diagnostics Repair /b /b /p /p liPerform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, autonomous driving hardware, and vehicle electronic systems. /li liUse OEM diagnostic tools, service software, and technical procedures to identify root causes of vehicle faults. /li liTroubleshoot issues related to battery systems, drivetrains, braking systems, steering systems, sensors, cameras, wiring, and vehicle control modules. /li liReplace, repair, and validate vehicle components according to safety, quality, and technical standards. /li liEscalate complex technical issues to engineering teams with clear documentation and diagnostic findings. /li ppbbEV High-Voltage Systems /b /b /p /p liWork safely with belectric vehicle systems /b, including high-voltage batteries, charging systems, inverters, and electric drivetrains. /li liFollow strict high-voltage safety procedures when performing diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements. /li liSupport charging readiness and EV fleet availability in coordination with depot operations. /li liIdentify risks related to EV systems and escalate safety concerns immediately. /li ppbbAutonomous Driving Hardware Support /b /b /p /p liSupport installation, inspection, and replacement of autonomous vehicle hardware components. /li liAssist with checks related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, compute units, wiring harnesses, sensor mounts, and related vehicle systems. /li liCoordinate with SDS Specialists when issues involve the bself-driving system /b, sensor calibration, or autonomous driving software. /li liEnsure autonomous driving hardware remains properly installed, clean, functional, and ready for operation. /li ppbbSoftware Updates Technical Validation /b /b /p /p liPerform vehicle software updates, configuration changes, and validation checks according to defined procedures. /li liSupport post-repair testing to confirm vehicle functionality before returning the vehicle to brobotaxi operations /b. /li liVerify that repairs and maintenance actions do not impact vehicle safety, operational readiness, or autonomous system performance. /li liMaintain accurate service records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation. /li ppbbShift Leadership Team Support /b /b /p /p liAct as the technical lead during assigned shifts when required. /li liProvide guidance and escalation support to junior technicians, depot teams, and fleet operations staff. /li liSupport training of new technicians on vehicle maintenance procedures, safety standards, and operational workflows. /li liCollaborate with Operations Leads to prioritize vehicle repairs and reduce fleet downtime. /li ppbbOperational Excellence /b /b /p /p liHelp improve maintenance processes, vehicle turnaround time, and fleet reliability. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to bfleet maintenance /b, bdepot operations /b, and bautonomous vehicle deployment /b. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and safe technical workspace within the depot. /li liEnsure all work is completed according to safety procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements. /li ppbRequirements /b /p /p ppbbEssential /b /b /p /p liMinimum b5+ years of hands-on experience /b as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician. /li liStrong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. /li liGood understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems. /li liExperience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation. /li liAbility to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols. /li liStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. /li liComfortable working in shift-based operations, including evenings, weekends, or 24/7 fleet environments when required. /li liUpper-Intermediate English. /li ppbbStrongly Preferred /b /b /p /p liExperience working with belectric vehicles /b, high-voltage systems, or modern EV platforms. /li liHigh-voltage certification or EV safety training. /li liExperience with ADAS, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or advanced automotive systems. /li liOEM certification or dealership experience with EV or premium vehicle platforms. /li liExperience supporting fleet maintenance, ride-hailing fleets, mobility services, or commercial vehicle operations. /li liGerman, French, Spanish, Dutch, or other European languages depending on project location. /li ppbWhat We Are Looking For /b /p /p pSuccessful Senior Autonomous
