Reporting to senior leadership, you will support the development, coordination and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening preparedness and response capabilities across international stakeholders and partner countries.
This role combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, strategic analysis, coordination and operational delivery within a complex international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme & Project Management
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives related to global health security and emergency preparedness
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, risks and dependencies
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Collaborate with governments, international organisations and implementation partners
- Facilitate coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Prepare briefings, presentations and decision-support materials
Strategic Support & Analysis
- Conduct research and analysis to support programme development and implementation
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic recommendations and operational plans
- Support monitoring and reporting activities
Operational Delivery
- Assist in the development of tools, guidance and operational frameworks
- Support implementation tracking and performance monitoring
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned processes
Advanced degree in Public Health, Global Health, International Development, Health Policy or related field
Experience in global health, emergency preparedness, health security or international development programmes
Strong project management and coordination skills
Experience working in international and multi-stakeholder environments
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
Comfortable producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing materials
Fluent English required
