pstrong***English Speaking Position for IT Process Expert/Architects near Lugano, Switzerland!*** /strong /p pOur client is a global market leader in the manufacturing of machine components, working with internationally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Amazon, Bosch, DHL, PG and more. /p pWe are looking for an strongIT Process Architect for Logistics Solutions /strong to join the international operations team in Switzerland. /p pLocation: Lugano region /p pType: Permanent /p pHome Office: 20% /p pImportant: BPM, process modeling, process governance, process mining and analysis, as well as data governance as a key aspect of process quality /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liCreate high-level to-be process models based on the company’s scope, requirements and business strategy /li liDesign detailed end-to-end industry-specific to-be processes, come up with the appropriate end-to-end solution options as well as creating the end-to-end functional landscape, including integration points and governance /li liApplying a strong understanding of planning, operations and/or accounting processes /li liLead RFX projects as well as teams in a multi-cultural environment /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liAround 5 years or more working in the implementation of logistics solutions (in a leading or business manager role) /li liExperience in the logistics sector and/or material handling industry /li liPractical and theoretical knowledge in architectural standards (e.g. EA, TOGAF, FEA, Gartner Methodology, ITIL) and/or project management (e.g. ASAP, PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2 etc.) /li liPrevious professional experience with Process Management Applications like SAP Signavio, LeanIX, Celonis, SYMBIO, etc. /li liSAP, Oracle or Microsoft implementation experience /li liBusiness fluency in English and; additional EMEA language skills are beneficial /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liCompetitive Salary and bonus /li liSport club or Gym bonus /li liVery attractive relocation support /li /ulbrpIn Pertemps ERP sprechen wir Ihre Sprache /p pRecruitment zu verstehen ist eine Sache, Sie zu verstehen eine andere.
