Main duties include /pliCash ReconciliationPerform reconciliation of cash correspondents for all EFG entitiesManually input statements from correspondents not automatically reconciledpMonitor, check, and investigate cash differences on a daily basis /p /liliEstablish and maintain a list of pending cash amounts /liliManage treatment and follow-up of current files /liliClaim and recover missing statements from counterparties /liliInvestigation on Customer Wires /liliDemonstrate strong knowledge of cash transfer activities (., MT103, MT202, /liliUnderstand the roles of each counterparty involved in wire payments /liliDraft and send SWIFT messages (., MTx99, MTx95, MTx96, as needed /liliTake responsibility for managing investigations from start to finish /liliApply familiarity with compliance requirements throughout investigations /lilipCommunicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing /p /lipbSkills and experience /b /pliMinimum of 2 years’ experience in cash reconciliation and/or investigation of customer wire transfers /liliGeneral understanding of Back-Office operations within banking /liliFrench mother tongue and fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset /liliKnowledge of GTMatch, GTExchange, and Globus is advantageous /liliProficient in MS Office suite /liliSolution-oriented, pragmatic, and precise /liliStrong team player, comfortable working in open space environments /liliResilient under pressure, flexible, and adaptable /liliProactive with excellent attention to detail /lipbOur Values /b /pliAccountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement /liliHands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results /liliPassionate: Being committed and striving for excellence /liliSolution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset /liliPartnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
