Securities Transfer Specialist (80-100%) (12-month contract) Within the Technology & Operations unit, Securities transfer team is in charge of the end-to-end process for securities transfer free of payment. Create deposit securities entry into the client account. Place instructions on the market (Swift) as per market practice rules and market guide Place instructions for funds as per Transfer agent rules Solve settlement pending issues (regulated market and funds) Confirm trade as per contract note receive from Transfer Agent Communicate and support front office YOUR PROFILE Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent considered an advantage but "CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered Banking experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position Excellent communication skills (client oriented) Reactivity- Ability to manage emergencies and contingencies. Good knowledge of SWIFT messages Fluent in French and English (B2 minimum). Knowledge of securities, and securities processing (included Funds) Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
