As part of a full rebuild of their internal HR platform, they are looking for a talented and business-driven Senior Developer C# .NET to join their analytics team. /p pstrongYour role /strong /p pYou will contribute to the expansion of a global analytics platform powered by real trading data, working in a flat, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to the business, from operations to top management. /p pAs part of the team, you will: /p ul liBuild and evolve analytics platforms for brokers, analysts, researchers and data scientists /liliParticipate in the full rewrite of an internally developed HR solution /liliTurn user feedback into concrete design improvements /liliDeliver clean, tested and well-documented code aligned with business requirements /liliProvide application support and training to end users /liliWork on diverse projects including GIS systems, data ingestion and ad-hoc trading analysis /li /ul pstrongRequired experience /strong /p ul li8+ years of experience in C# .NET within enterprise environments /liliStrong SQL skills, Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL /liliExperience working in Agile Scrum teams /liliFull stack mindset, React is a plus /liliStrong communication skills, ability to interact directly with business stakeholders /liliExcellent English, French is an advantage /liliPrevious exposure to HR project, ideally /li /ul /p /p
