Our client is a well established trust fiduciary company in Switzerland and other international financial places.brbrSupporting Senior Relationship Managers in administering a portfolio of clients and maintaining relationships with clients and third parties;brMaintaining statutory records for trusts and companies, including document execution, file exploratory work, payment preparation, drafting resolutions, preparing client meeting reports and verifying bank statements;brAssisting Senior Relationship Managers with daily administration;brPreparing internal and external correspondence as requested;brManaging the opening and closing of custodian bank accounts;brMaintaining the client database (Business Central);brAssisting with the closure and transfer-out processes;brParticipating in any internal project work as required;brLink with internal staff and external clients, banks and intermediaries;brParticipating in the day-to-day in the office. brbrTrust AssistancebrWell established trust fiduciary companybrbrTrust background knowledge;brPart-qualified or studying towards relevant certificate or diploma (STEP);brA minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role;brGood technical knowledge of trust company administration processes;brGood knowledge of regulations and tax rules for client relevant jurisdictions;brBasic understanding of accounts, financial statements and investments;brExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English - accurate, concise and clear;brMethodical, thorough and attention to detail;brProficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);brMulti-tasking across several clients and supporting other teams where necessary;brWork prioritisation and management on daily basis;brTeam player and self-motivated.brbrOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a human-sized, well-being, dynamic and international working environment....
