It stands out as one of Europe's most affordable and exciting capitals:br- One of the lowest costs of living in the EU—your money goes much further here.br- A thriving international expat community, modern cafés, trendy restaurants, and a diverse nightlife.br- Vitosha Mountain is just minutes from the city center, offering world-class hiking in the summer and skiing/snowboarding in the winter.br- Easily plan weekend road trips to Greece, Serbia, Romania, and Turkey.brYour Role Responsibilitiesbr- As a brand ambassador for a leading Swiss telecom provider, you will deliver outstanding service via inbound channels, ensuring customer satisfaction while naturally spotting opportunities to add value.br- Handle inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers.br- Analyze and resolve administrative and technical topics (product features, billing, etc.).br- Update internal databases and customer management systems accurately.br- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary.brWork Schedule Flexibilitybr- Rotating shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.br- Options for 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts to help match your lifestyle. (Note: Potential future late shifts until 01:00 may be introduced later).br- Based in a modern, high-tech office environment at Mega Park, Sofia.br- Start fully office-based to bond with your team. After 4 months, you qualify for a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days office) based on meeting standard KPIs.brGrowth Career ProgressionbrYou aren't just taking a job; you are starting a career path.
