This essential role is aimed at professionals passionate about supervising and developing children aged 4 to 12, with the objective of actively contributing to their flourishing in a stimulating and safe socio-educational environment. It also involves offering quality activities to children enrolled in mainstream primary education (aged 4 to 12) during the lunch break and late afternoon, thus assuming a socio-educational role complementary to that of the family, school, and other extracurricular activities.

Your missions

As Socio-educational Referents, you will play a central role in animation, child supervision, integration of new colleagues, and local coordination at your assigned location. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Socio-educational supervision: Planning, organising and leading socio-educational activities. Proposing projects and animation activities as a team that promote children’s development and autonomy, while ensuring their emotional and physical safety. Encouraging the development of community animation.
• Collaboration and communication: Ensuring smooth collaboration with local partners, including parents, teachers, and school canteens. Supporting new colleagues during their integration. Collaborating with your sector manager to relay necessary information.
• Administrative management: Leading coordination meetings, preparing agendas and writing minutes, validating attendance lists, managing financial and administrative resources (CCP account) within your scope of action.

You will be the driving force behind a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

The profile we are looking for:

Required skills

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent training
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
• IT skills: Good command of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Specific conditions

• Ability to consume meals provided by collective catering.
• Valid work permit or Swiss nationality.
• Standard and special criminal record checks and a certificate of good conduct will be required as part of the recruitment process.

• A constructive approach with children and the ability to create a positive and evolving bond, while allowing them to develop in a clear and secure framework.
