It covers a large spectrum of interfaces, from very critical order processing to more regular analytical systems. /liliThe Data Ops team is supporting global systems serving the entire group worldwide. /liliAs our platform and data landscape evolve, we would like to strengthen our team with a skilled Data Engineer specialised in Talend and enterprise‑grade ETL / ESB integrations. /liliAs the technological landscape continues to evolve, our integration framework is modernising likewise. Microservices, API gateway management and Kafka are all technologies at the centre of this team. /lipbMain Responsibilities /b /pliDesign, implement and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines (batch and near real time) using Qlik Talend and related integration components. /liliDevelop and operate ESB‑style integrations between core banking systems, data platforms and downstream applications, ensuring robustness, scalability and reusability. /liliTake operational ownership of Talend (change management, data quality management, SLA monitoring, SOPs and runbooks). /liliMonitor and ensure the smooth operation of critical data pipelines, including incident analysis, root cause identification and implementation of preventive measures. /liliApply CI/CD practices using the existing framework to automate and streamline deployments and configuration changes. /liliImplement controls using the observability framework, ensuring service continuity and accuracy. /liliCreate, maintain and improve documentation and operational procedures for the data integrations under your ownership. /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (application owners, architects, business analysts, data consumers) to design integration patterns and improve governance around data flows. /liliContribute to the standardisation and industrialisation of integration patterns, promoting convergence, normalisation and reusability across projects. /liliStay current with advancements in data engineering, ETL/ESB technologies and cloud‑based integration platforms to support continuous improvement of our DataOps capabilities. /lipbSkills and Experience /b /pliAt least 5 years of proven hands‑on experience in data engineering and data integration, with a strong focus on ETL/ELT pipelines and ESB‑style integrations. /liliSolid experience with Qlik Talend ETL and ESB on‑premise, including job design, orchestration, error handling and performance optimisation. /liliStrong ETL / data modelling skills, including handling of large datasets, complex transformations and integration of heterogeneous data sources. /liliGood knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and/or cloud data platforms. /liliExperience with CI/CD practices and tools in a hybrid environment (.
