ph3Team-Head Legal Entities / Client Data Management Office /h3 ul liBasel, CH /li liFull-time /li liUnlimited /li /ul pThe Client Data Management Office is looking for an experienced CDB expert to head its Legal Entities team, which is responsible for reviewing and processing client documentation and client data, ensuring data completeness and correctness throughout the lifecycle of the clients in the Bank. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the bridge between the Bank's different stakeholders including Front, Legal, Compliance, IT to ensure aligned interests /li liLeading Projects to improve the Bank's processes and tools as well as standardizing documentation requirements in line with CDB regulation and Bank directives /li liSupport the Bank in its continuous move from manual, paper based client files to digital onboarding /li liManaging physical and electronic static data throughout the life‑cycle of a client /li liEnsure excellent client relations and satisfaction as well as handling escalated issues promptly and effectively /li liDeveloping deep understanding of the Bank's processes, products and services /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in Private Banking, preferably as Onboarding Specialist or Compliance Officer /li liCDB Expert, specifically in the area of Legal Entities, with sound knowledge of AML, FATCA/QI and CRS regulations /li liStrong prioritization, organization and analytical skills are essential /li liReliable team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands‑on mentality /li liCreating a productive environment for the team /li liDemonstrated ability to take ownership, perform under pressure and set priorities /li liFluency in English and German /li liIT affinity, experience in working with Avaloq is advantageous /li liEntrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank /li liCentral city office locations across Switzerland /li liAbove average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank /li liContribution to health insurance and meal allowance /li liGlobal growth strategy and stable environment /li liCompetitive offering /li /ul h3About us /h3 pAs a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.
