ppSecurities Transfer Specialist – 12‑month contract (80‑100%). /ph3Overview /h3pWithin the Technology Operations unit, the Securities Transfer team is responsible for the end‑to‑end process of securities transfers free of payment. The successful candidate will work in a team of 20 employees. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute internal transfers. /liliAnalyse and take charge of cost corrections. /liliCreate deposit securities entries into the client account. /liliCommunicate and exchange SSI and matching details with counterparties. /liliPlace instructions on the market (Swift) as per market practice rules and market guide. /liliPlace instructions for funds as per Transfer agent rules. /liliSolve settlement pending issues (regulated market and funds). /liliConfirm trade as per contract note received from Transfer Agent. /liliCommunicate and support front office. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent). A "CFC"/"Maturité professionnel bancaire" is also considered. /liliBanking experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position. /liliExcellent communication skills (client‑oriented). /liliReactivity – ability to manage emergencies and contingencies, managing priorities, and working efficiently under pressure. /liliExcellent skills in analysing and understanding flows. /liliGood knowledge of SWIFT messages. /liliFluent in French and English (B2 minimum). /liliKnowledge of securities and securities processing (including funds). /liliResident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland. /li /ulpWe are an equal opportunities employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
