Our client is an international organization based in Geneva.brThe position requires to handle the following:brbrbr- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable teambr- Set priorities, KPIs, and performance standardsbr- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processingbr- Oversee vendor payments (including foreign currency wires)br- Monitor AP ageing and manage payment cyclesbr- Supervise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closingbr- Review AP-related balance sheet reconciliationsbr- Ensure compliance with policies (expenses, credit cards, controls)br- Drive process improvements and system enhancementsbr- Support and lead cross-functional projects (Finance, IT, Procurement)brbrbrbrbrInternational work environmentbrDirect and regular exposure to cross-functional projectsbrThe applicants are expected to present the following:brbrbr- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administrationbr- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Swiss Brevetbr- Around 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or similarbr- Proven experience managing and developing teamsbr- Strong ERP and systems experiencebr- Experience in process improvement or finance transformation is a plusbr- English working language, French is a plusbrbrbrbrExperienced Accounts Payable Manager role within an international organization in Geneva, combining team management, operational oversight, and process improvement in a complex and international environment....
