The successful candidate will work in a team of 20 employees. /ppb YOUR ROLE /b /pullip Execute internal transfer /p /lilip Analyse and take in charge cost corrections. /p /lilip Create deposit securities entry into the client account. /p /lilip Communicate and exchange SSI and matching details with counterparties. /p /lilip Place instructions on the market (Swift) as per market practice rules and market guide /p /lilip Place instructions for funds as per Transfer agent rules /p /lilip Solve settlement pending issues (regulated market and funds) /p /lilip Confirm trade as per contract note receive from Transfer Agent /p /lilip Communicate and support front office /p /li /ulpb YOUR PROFILE /b /pullip Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent considered an advantage but “CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered /p /lilip Banking experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position /p /lilip Excellent communication skills (client oriented) /p /lilip Reactivity- Ability to manage emergencies and contingencies. /p /lilip Managing Priorities, ability to work efficiently under pressure. /p /lilip Excellent skills in analyzing and understanding flows. /p /lilip Good knowledge of SWIFT messages /p /lilip Fluent in French and English (B2 minimum). /p /lilip Knowledge of securities, and securities processing (included Funds) /p /lilipb Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland. /b /p /li /ulpb Our Maison’s DNA /b is defined by five core values. b Excellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while b Innovation /b fuels our progress. b Respect /b underpins every interaction, and b Integrity /b shapes our actions.
