The successful candidate will work in a team of 20 employees. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipExecute internal transfer /p /lilipAnalyse and take in charge cost corrections. /p /lilipCreate deposit securities entry into the client account. /p /lilipCommunicate and exchange SSI and matching details with counterparties. /p /lilipPlace instructions on the market (Swift) as per market practice rules and market guide /p /lilipPlace instructions for funds as per Transfer agent rules /p /lilipSolve settlement pending issues (regulated market and funds) /p /lilipConfirm trade as per contract note receive from Transfer Agent /p /lilipCommunicate and support front office /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipBachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent considered an advantage but “CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered /p /lilipBanking experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position /p /lilipExcellent communication skills (client oriented) /p /lilipReactivity- Ability to manage emergencies and contingencies. /p /lilipManaging Priorities, ability to work efficiently under pressure. /p /lilipExcellent skills in analyzing and understanding flows. /p /lilipGood knowledge of SWIFT messages /p /lilipFluent in French and English (B2 minimum). /p /lilipKnowledge of securities, and securities processing (included Funds) /p /lilipbResident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland. /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
