In this role, you will report into the Investment Head, working as a core member of the investment team and acting as a subject matter expert on technically focused initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting investment activity through structured project delivery and close collaboration across functions. /p pThe role has a strong technical project focus, requiring you to work closely with Technology and other partner teams to translate business requirements into effective, well‑controlled solutions. You will support investment operations, including settlements and custody processes, while contributing to process improvement, escalation management, and stakeholder communication. This role is well suited to someone with solid investment and operational experience who is comfortable navigating complex environments and driving delivery through strong collaboration. /p ul liSupport various business areas with day‑to‑day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. /li liCollaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes. /li liIdentification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes. /li liDevelopment and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. /li liDevelopment of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. /li liIdentification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations. /li liParticipation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. /li liTo advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions. /li liLead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.
