A private bank in Geneva.brYou will join a small and collaborative team of 4 people, working closely with the team manager and key internal stakeholders.brbr Key ResponsibilitiesbrPrepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clientsbrDraft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment strategies and company messagingbrMaintain and update consultant databases and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibilitybrKeep fund documentation and due diligence materials up to date and standardisedbrCoordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Operations)brManage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlinesbrContribute to the organisation and efficiency of the team's workflows and documentationbrbrbrbrYou have a similar experience in a Private BankbrYou are available ASAP for at least a yearbrProfilebrExperience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferredbrStrong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives)brExcellent writing skills with a strong attention to detailbrAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesbrProactive, hands-on and able to contribute quicklybrTeam player with strong communication skillsbrbrDegree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fieldbrFluency in English and French (written and spoken)brProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)brbrbrbr12-month contract in a major private bank....
