You will shape and deliver high‑impact consulting engagements for VP+ stakeholders, building deep client intimacy through insight‑driven dialogue, proactive partnership, and consistent delivery excellence. /ppbr/You will be accountable for driving client satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the team in achieving and exceeding its commercial ambitions. /ppbRole Responsibilities /b /ppAs an Associate Principal at IQVIA, you will be responsible for managing or leading multiple engagements and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries by: /pliManaging project teams in the design, development and delivery of client deliverables /liliLeveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions /liliServing as key point of contact with clients /liliProviding follow-up with clients after engagements have been completed to ensure client satisfaction /liliEnsuring clear communication throughout projects and within the team /liliSupporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements /liliManaging the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity /liliDeveloping and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads /liliDeveloping broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training /liliProviding direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams. Direct consulting teams through consistent participation in team meetings /liliProviding high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client /liliSharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients /liliLeading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development /liliServing as a coach to junior members /lipbAbout You /b /ppbr/bCandidates interested in joining our Advisory Services Group as an Associate Principal (Analytics focus) should have: /b /pliTypically, 7-10 years professional experience in insights and analytics within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression /liliPure play Go-to-market/commercial strategy focus, i.e. sales force effectiveness toolbox, Segmentation and Targeting, Field Force Sizing, etc. Launch Excellence, Promotional effectiveness, commercial analytics.
