ph3Business Application Support Specialist – Finance (80-100%) /h3pA Business Application Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of banking applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment. The specialist is responsible for providing functional support to employees and customers of the Lombard Odier group in the Finance domain. This support team’s main mission is the satisfaction and trust of colleagues and clients. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify, resolve and troubleshoot all functional support issues for finance and accounting applications. /liliParticipate in quality controls and documentation of new application release notes. /liliMonitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable. /liliEscalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution. /liliOrganize and manage regular meetings with Bank partners for escalated cases, monitor the backlog of tickets. /liliAnalyze balance sheet in SAP. /liliEnsure quality training for bank users. /liliParticipate in new application release testing. /liliWork closely with development and production teams. /liliMaintain regular contact with our bank partners’ Finance team. /liliActively contribute to day‑to‑day process improvement proposals to the head of Application Support. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in IT or Finance. /lili+5 years of experience in Banking. /liliExcellent communication and overall soft skills, proactivity, sense of initiative, and experience working under stress on unplanned matters. /liliExcellent command of banking, finance related operations, and an understanding of accounting principles. /liliGood command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel PowerPoint. /liliPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or as an Auditor in the banking and financial sector is an advantage. /liliSAP BI knowledge is an advantage. /liliResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
