client is a well-established mid-sized company based in Geneva.br* Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional welcome for visitors, clients, and business partnersbrbr* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-upbrbr* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the organization of meetings and eventsbrbr* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveriesbrbr* Provide administrative support to management and various internal departmentsbrbr* Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with external suppliersbrbr* Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and calendar coordinationbrbr* Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operationsbrbr* Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of informationbrbr* Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc office management tasksbrASAP - mission of 1-3 monthbrFluent french/english - international environementbr* Diploma in Administration, Business Support, or a related fieldbrbr* Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistantbrbr* Excellent communication skills in French; English is an assetbrbr* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office toolsbrbr* Strong organizational skills and attention to detailbrbr* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesbrbr* Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindsetbrbr* Ability to work independently and as part of a teambr* A structured and dynamic working environmentbrbr* A collaborative and professional teambrbr* The opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a well-established company...
