They are looking for a Data Platform Support Engineer to join their Data Platform Applications team and ensure the reliability of mission-critical systems in a demanding, fast-paced environment. /p pstrongKey responsibilities /strong /p ul liProvide L1/L2 support for data platform applications: incident triage, troubleshooting, resolution /liliMonitor application health, data flows and performance using dedicated dashboards and tools /liliHandle user queries, service requests, and escalations with clear documentation /liliPerform operational tasks: user access management, batch job monitoring, data integrity checks /liliContribute to root cause analysis, problem management and continuous improvement /liliSupport incident and change management processes following best practices /liliParticipate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when required /li /ul pstrongRequired experience /strong /p ul li3+ years in application support, ideally in trading, financial services or data-intensive environments /liliStrong command of SQL for data investigation and troubleshooting /liliExperience with data platform components: data warehouses, ETL pipelines, reporting tools, real-time feeds /liliFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana or AppDynamics /liliLinux/Unix and Windows operating systems proficiency /liliStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliAbility to prioritize and perform under pressure within a global distributed team /li /ul /p /p
