Tasks

• Increase the Companys market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community across LATAM with special focus on Brasil.
• Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers bankers chartered accountants tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets of LATAM and in particular Brasil.
• Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Brasil and LATAM.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Brasil
• Business experience of at least three years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
• Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices.
• Familiar with HNWI wealth planning in particular with real estate and shipping.
• Familiar with legal aspects of private investments real estate transactions and corporate holdings including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with wealth planning and inheritance consultancy for sportsman.
• Fluent in English Italian Portuguese and Spanish both written and spoken
• Knowledge of a fifth language is a plus
• Having authored peer-reviewed publications is a plus
• TEP qualification is a plus
