With over a century of manufacturing heritage, the company has evolved into a reference point in the production of highly technological components, with applications that extend into the medical field. /p pIn recent years, this company has embarked on a significant path of modernization and innovation, both in production and organizational processes. /p pNow, it is ready to welcome a /p pbSENIOR HR PROFESSIONAL /b /p pwho can bring structure, strategic vision, and cultural transformation, while honoring the legacy and values that have sustained the business for generations. /p pHe/she will take the helm of the Human Resources function, shaping it into a strategic pillar that supports growth, compliance, and employee well-being. /p pbThis mission will be fulfilled through the following responsibilities: /b /p liContribute to making the company a “Best Place to Work” by nurturing business vitality and workplace culture /li liAct as a strategic advisor to leadership and managers, identifying opportunities for delegation, role clarity, and internal organization /li liLead and continuously improve HR processes from operations to strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance) /li liDevelop clear job descriptions, backup structures, and interchangeability maps to ensure continuity and role transparency /li liDigitize HR workflows and support adoption of internal tools across teams (e.g., DocuWare) /li liEnsure labor law compliance and communicate employment terms clearly /li liSupport managers in building a respectful, safe, and compliant work environment /li liAct as a trusted contact for sensitive employee matters (permits, family needs, documentation) /li liDesign fair evaluation and bonus systems in collaboration with top management /li liPromote “train the trainer” practices and coach team leaders in People development /li liEstablish optimal interaction and collaboration with the pay roll and personnel administration. /li liEnsure unity of vision between the two roles within the company /li pbREQUIREMENTS /b /p pbHard Skills /b /p liBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field /li liSeveral years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic HR role /li liSolid budget outlook /li liFluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
