Java Software Engineer — Mission-Critical Controls

pJoin our team of experienced software engineers in the Controls Software and Services (CSS) group and take an active role in the design and development of two mission-critical systems that keep CERN’s accelerators running safely 24/7. /ppYou will contribute to the modernisation of the Technical Infrastructure Monitoring (TIM) system, built upon the C2MON framework. TIM supervises cooling, ventilation, electricity, and cryogenics installations across the CERN complex. /ppYou will also contribute to the consolidation of the LHC Alarm Service (LASER), the centralised alarm platform serving the entire CERN accelerator chain. /ph3Be sure to meet the eligibility criteria /h3ulliYou are a national of aCERN Member State or Associate Member State .
