The mission of the DTN-IA is to support daily activities and build the future of a modern and high-performance hospital, according to the axes of the institution by relying on the best technologies and the most demanding standards.Videoconferencing and Network/Telecom Technician – 100%In a context of activity development, you join a technical team specialized in networks and videoconferencing composed of engineers as well as technicians. Your activity is divided between these two areas. This team plays a central role within the institution and collaborates closely with the network, security, systems, and infrastructure teams of the DTN-IA. It values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and service to users and teams.In this role, you master the system architecture and participate in the development of the team's activities. You lead projects from end to end, including site studies, consulting, ordering, installation, acceptance, documentation, and training. You also ensure the maintenance of equipment and software, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.This role includes the proactive and corrective management of fixed and mobile telephony equipment. You ensure the maintenance of equipment, the diagnosis of network problems, and the resolution of technical incidents. You participate in the renewal, updating, and evolution of network, telephony, and videoconferencing equipment, while ensuring the update of the inventory (CMDB). You take charge of incidents and service requests in collaboration with engineers.You intervene on all 30 hospital sites and collaborate with various stakeholders while taking into account their business needs. Thanks to your ability to anticipate and organize your interventions, you minimize the impact on patient care. Your broad knowledge in the ICT field allows you to intervene in collaboration with engineers on network incidents related to wifi antennas, switches, or routers of our network. In parallel, you contribute to the update of the knowledge base and technical procedures, and participate in the sharing of best practices.You work closely with the engineers in charge of the architecture and design of solutions, which also offers you opportunities for learning and development. You perform the configurations and parameter settings necessary and ensure level 2 support, in connection with the other services of the DTN-IA. You follow service requests with a strong customer focus and mobilize your synthesis capabilities and your rigor to carry out your activities within deadlines.You hold a federal certificate of proficiency (CFC) in IT or a diploma and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function or an ES diploma. A network certification (CCNA) or Microsoft certification is necessary, as is experience in a large-scale environment. You master Microsoft environments (Windows 11, Active Directory, Intune) as well as network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, IPAM). You possess solid experience in telephony solutions (VoIP, fixed and mobile telephony, intercom) and videoconferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Pexip), as well as associated technologies.You also have good knowledge of network infrastructure (firewalling, routing, proxy, load balancing) and are comfortable with audiovisual equipment (codecs, screens, projectors, touch systems) as well as with videoconferencing rooms. Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Polycom solutions is an asset. Mastery of an ITSM tool (ideally ServiceNow), skills in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), in network monitoring, or in testing constitute additional assets.Thanks to your strong customer focus, you are comfortable in communication with users and have the ability to popularize technical concepts and adapt your speech to stakeholders of all technical levels.
