Financial leadership and governance /b /h3 pLead and implement the financial strategy of the company in line with the board-approved investment framework. Legal and contract management /b /h3 ul liManage the external legal counsel relationship for both Viaservice SA and Viaservice BV /li liReview all enterprise customer contracts before signature /li liOwn the signing authority and payment authorisation framework for both legal entities /li liLead the Directors Officers insurance review and ensure adequate coverage /li liMaintain legal compliance with GDPR obligations and applicable Swiss/Dutch corporate law /li /ul h3b3. Corporate structure /b /h3 ul liLead the feasibility assessment for establishing legal entities wherever needed, covering employment law, tax, administrative implications, and cost‑benefit /li /ul h3bThe Profile We Are Looking For /b /h3 h3bAcademic background /b /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent /li liProfessional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred — not mandatory if compensated by strong hands‑on experience /li /ul h3bProfessional experience /b /h3 pA minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience overall, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
