Lead Financial Auditor - Financial Processes

We are searching for an experienced Lead Financial Auditor - Financial Processes at our MSC Geneva facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As LeadFinancial Auditor - Financial Processes you will:

• Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Investigate and identify potential financial fraud, irregularities, and discrepancies.
• Analyse financial data and transactions using SAP to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective fraud prevention measures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial auditing, with a strong emphasis on financial fraud or forensic accounting.
• Proven experience in the shipping industry is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel analysis skills and ability to work with big data , to process it and analyze it.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• French or Spanish desirable.
