  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to three SVPs
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries) and expense reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and key documents
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate needs proactively
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism




  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (ideally multiple executives)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams)

  • Experience in an international and/or cosmetics/luxury environment is a plus
