Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as the central expert for HR systems, data and reporting, playing a key role in enabling more structured, data-driven decision-making across the People function.
This position combines system ownership, analytical depth and transformation mindset, within a multi-country, fast-evolving environment.HR Systems & Architecture
- Act as the internal owner of the HR systems landscape, ensuring stability, performance and continuous enhancement
- Support the ongoing structuring and expansion of the HRIS environment, following a recent implementation phase
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs and evolving HR priorities
- Optimise data flows and interactions between HR tools and broader business systems
People Data & Insights
- Develop a structured approach to workforce data, enabling better visibility on key people metrics
- Build and maintain relevant dashboards and reporting tools for HR and leadership
- Provide data-driven insights to support topics such as workforce evolution, performance and organisational planning
- Contribute to improving data understanding and usage across the HR team
Process Optimisation
- Review and improve core HR processes, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and scalability
- Support the alignment between systems, workflows and organisational practices
- Identify opportunities for simplification and automation across the employee lifecycle
Project Coordination & Structuring
- Bring structure and visibility to ongoing HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritisation
- Support planning across short-, mid- and long-term HR transformation topics
- Act as a key coordination point between HR, Finance, IT and external partners
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure consistency, reliability and integrity of HR data
- Contribute to the definition of data standards and best practices
- Support compliance with applicable data protection frameworks
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems, HR data, people analytics or HR transformation
- Strong hands-on experience with a modern HRIS solution (Workday strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to work at the intersection of data, systems and HR topics
- Experience building or structuring HR reporting and dashboards
- Comfortable operating in international, matrix environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Autonomous, proactive and structured approach
- Fluent English required; French is a plus
