We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Product Manager to support the lifecycle of our digital asset custody solution, contributing to both product delivery and client success. In this role, you will report to our Senior Product Manager, and work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to help shape and execute the product roadmap.

You will be expected to operate with a good degree of autonomy, take ownership of specific product workstreams, and develop your understanding of the digital asset space. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-oriented mindset are key to success in this role. Tasks

During your time at Taurus as Product Manager, you will:

Product strategy

• Contribute to the product strategy for the product(s) in scope, in collaboration with senior product leadership
• Help define and maintain the product roadmap and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and best practices in the product space
• Collect and synthesize client and internal requirements; support prioritization discussions
• Identify competitive strengths and gaps and feed them into product planning

Product delivery

• Draft business requirements and user stories for features in scope
• Interact regularly with software development teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Contribute to on-time delivery of roadmap items and flag risks proactively
• Ensure product development adheres to internal controls frameworks

Product marketing and documentation

• Contribute to product marketing materials (presentations, 1-pagers, videos) in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Maintain and improve product documentation for business users
• Support API documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and readability for clients

Client success

• Participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management
• Ensure clients understand and adopt new features; contribute to training sessions
• Act as a subject-matter expert in client and partner engagements

Business development

• Support RFP responses with relevant product content
• Conduct product demos for prospects and clients
• Participate in integration projects as a product point of contact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role
• Exposure and direct experience building digital asset infrastructure, custody solutions, or fintech products
• Experience collaborating with software development teams and translating business needs into clear requirements
• Comfortable in client-facing situations, including demos, training, and follow-ups
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
