ph3Capital Trustees AG /h3 pRegulated Trustee Company / Finma Licensed /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liIncrease across Emerging Eurasia the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community. /li liDevelopment of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets such as Kazakistan, Turkey, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. /li liSupport the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Middle-East and Asia. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBusiness experience of around five years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI. /li liWorking experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices. /li liFamiliar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with arts and collectibles, real estate and shipping. /li liFamiliar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance. /li liHolding an LL.M. degree, in line with working requirements. /li liFamiliar with Sharia Law and its application in wealth planning. /li liPerfect knowledge of English, Italian and Russian, both written and spoken.
